Chili Garlic Paneer is a popular and mouthwatering recipe.

Chili Garlic Paneer is prepared by grinding Kashmiri chilies, garlic pods along with tomato, some water, and then sauteed with onions and paneer. The recipe is simple and easy to prepare with minimum ingredients. It is a delicious garlic-flavored paneer recipe that can be prepared within a few steps and is mildly spicy to enjoy during the chilly winters. The amazing, healthy, and flavorful dish makes you eat it more and more.   • You can use any variety of dry red chilies, Kashmiri chilies work the best as they are low in spice but give a great flavor and color.
  • After adding paneer, cover and cook it for a minute only.
  • Use homemade paneer.
  • You can also add vinegar instead of tomato.
  • Adjust the spices as per the requirement and serve it hot for the better taste.

Ingredients

  • Red kashmiri mirch/ red chili - 3
  • Garlic - 6 to 7 cloves
  • Tomato - 1 small-sized chopped
  • Water - as required
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 small-sized finely chopped
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - as required
  • Paneer cube - 1/2 bowl

Instructions

  1. Place kashmiri mirch, garlic, tomato, and some water in a mixer jar. Grind and place it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion and saute it until it color changes to pink. Keep the flame high.
  4. Further, add the above mixture and saute it well until it leaves the oil.
  5. Add coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Saute it well for a few seconds.
  6. Add some water and saute it well.
  7. Now, add paneer and saute it. Cover and cook it for a minute. Saute it and turn off the flame.
  8. Delicious Chili Garlic Paneer is ready to be served.
