Chili Garlic Paneer is a popular and lip-smacking Indo-Chinese cuisine dish.

Chili Garlic Paneer is a simple and very quick recipe to prepare. The recipe includes goodness of veggies which makes it more healthy. It is a delicious garlic-flavored paneer recipe that can be prepared within a few steps and is mildly spicy to enjoy during the chilly winters. Ingredients

  • Oil - 3 teaspoon
  • Ginger-garlic - 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Green chili - 2 finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 big-sized julienne
  • Green capsicum - 1 small-sized chopped
  • Paneer/ cottage cheese - 1 cup cubed
  • Salt - as required
  • Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Green chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic, green chili, onion, and saute it on medium flame.
  2. Now, add green capsicum, paneer, salt, and saute it,
  3. Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, and vinegar. Saute it on high flame. Cover and cook it for a minute and turn off the flame.
  4. Delicious Chili Garlic Paneer is ready to be served.
