Chili Paneer Fried Rice is a spicy rice dish.

Chili Paneer Fried Rice is a wonderful weekend special dish. It is super easy and yummy dish. From kids to adults everyone will love it. The colored capsicum makes it colourful and nutritious as well. The soft paneer along with veggies makes a crunchy bite together. The tomato ketchup, red chili sauce and soy sauce adds sweet, spicy and salty taste. This is a new version than the regular fried rice dishes. Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese/Paneer cubes - 1 cup
  • Rice - 1 cup (boiled)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red chili powder/Lal mirch powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Black peppercorn powder/Kali mirch powder - a pinch
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Green chili/Hari mirch - 1 slit
  • Garlic cloves/Lehsun - 3 to 4 no finely chopped
  • Onion/Pyaz - 1 no diced
  • Red capsicum - 1/2 no diced
  • Yellow capsicum - 1/2 no diced
  • Green capsicum - 1/2 no diced
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and add some salt to it. In a bowl, take the paneer cubes, put salt to taste. Put the red chili powder, black pepper powder and mix with the spoon.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Put the paneer cubes and saute on low to medium flame. Keep stirring in between. Flip and toss the paneer cubes so that they cook from all the sides.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan, put the slit green chili and finely chopped garlic. Mix and saute on high flame.
  4. Then, put the diced onion and red, yellow and green capsicum, salt to taste. Put tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, soy sauce and mix well.
  5. Add the sautéed paneer cubes, boiled rice and mix together with light hands. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. The Chili Paneer Fried Rice is ready to be served.
