Ingredients

  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Unsweetened chocolate - 100 gms.
  • Bread pieces - Of 2 to 3 bread
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Walnuts / Akhrot - 1/2 Cup chopped
  • Oil - For greasing
  • Chocolate chips - As required for garnishing
  • Heart shaped sugar candy - As required for garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add chocolate. Mix well and keep stirring continuously for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Then add bread pieces and milk. Mix well. Keep stirring continuously for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Add little milk and sugar. Mix well for 1 minute. Then add walnuts and mix well. Press the bread pieces while stirring. Keep stirring continuously for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
  4. Now turn off the flame. Take serving bowls. Grease it with oil.
  5. Add the prepared pudding/cake to the serving bowl. Garnish it with chocolate chips and heart shaped sugar candy.
  6. 'Chocolate Pudding | Instant Chocolate Pudding' is ready to be served.
