Ingredients

  • Paneer water - 2 cups
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves grated
  • Spring onion - 1 chopped
  • Sliced Carrot - 2 tablespoon
  • Broccoli - 1/2 cup chopped
  • Corn - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon or as per taste
  • lemon juice - 1 to 2 teaspoon or as per your taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil and heat it.
  2. Then add garlic and saute for few seconds. Add while part of the spring onion. Saute for few seconds.
  3. Add carrots, broccoli and corn. Saute for few seconds.
  4. Add paneer water, and remaining ingredients. Let it boil for a minute or two. Then switch off the flame.
  5. Healthy and delicious 'Clear Vegetable Soup' is ready to be served.
