- After the vegetable stock is made, the boiled vegetables can be used to make dal.
- Serving the soup with fried noodles is completely optional. To make fried noodles, , the noodles should be first boiled and then fried in hot oil until crisp.
- The fried noodles should be added to the soup just before serving.
