- Apply oil to your palm so, the dough will not stick.
- It is recommended to use room temperature curd.
- Add salt carefully to the curd because onion puree also contains salt.
- Keep stirring continuously after adding curd mixture to the sabji till it starts to boil otherwise, curd will curdle.
- Consistency of the sabji can be adjusted as per choice.
