Danamethi Hari Mirch Ki Sabji is very nutritious and tasty sabji. This uses Dana methi/fenugreek seeds, green chillies, some spices. This is spicy, little tangy and a flavourful preparation. Moreover, this is quick and easy to prepare. Everyone can enjoy this sabzi with roti or paratha or as a side dish for your meals. As we know danamethi/fenugreek seeds are very healthy. These are good for everyone, especially diabetic people. It helps to lower the blood sugar level and helps to control blood pressure as well. So, try to make this sabji at home and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you have time then you can soak the danamethi/fenugreek seeds. OR you can boil it until cooked.
- Remove the seeds of green chillies if they are spicy.
- If you want you can add red chilli powder to the masala.
- Cook the green chillies more or less according to your taste.
