- Use fresh curd to make the sabzi. The curd should be at room temperature before adding to the pan else it will curdle.
- You can use unroasted papad too. But the sabzi tastes better with roasted papad.
- After adding papad to the sabzi, serve it immediately. OR you can keep gravy and papad separately. Add papad to the gravy just before serving.
