This needs some techniques and tricks to make a perfect dosa. Now, you will learn to make perfect dosa by following this simple recipe. You can serve it as a breakfast or snack or even lunch and dinner for your family. It tastes amazing in all forms. So, try to make this dosa at home and enjoy it with your family and friends.   • Here is the recipe for Idli Dosa Batter | Homemade Idli Dosa Batter.
  • Before making the dosa, the tawa should be hot.
  • The batter should neither too thick nor too thin.
  • Dosa tastes better when ghee/clarified butter or butter is used.
  • If you want a crispy dosa then spread it more on the tawa. To make soft dosa, spread it a little less.

Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter - as required
  • Ghee/CLarified Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Adjust the consistency of the dosa batter by adding a little water. The batter should be of flowing consistency and neither too thick nor thin.
  2. Heat an iron or non-stick tawa.
  3. Once the tawa is hot, pour a spoonful of batter and spread it in a circular manner. Keep the flame low while spreading the batter.
  4. Cook the dosa on a low-medium flame and pour some ghee on the top.
  5. Once it turns golden brown, take it out on a plate.
  6. Delicious 'Dosa | Plain Dosa | Sada Dosa' is ready to be served with chutney and podi.
