- You can add dry Fruits like Cashews and Raisins after roasting them in Ghee/clarified butter.
- It is recommended to use heavy bottomed pan or kadai to make the halwa. Else the halwa may burn.
- Grate the bottle gourd/dudhi just before making the halwa else it will turn black.
