Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- To maintain the crunchiness of onion and cashew nuts, do not saute or fry them too much.
- If you want, you can skip the onion from the raita dish.
- Instead of regular rice, you can use Basmati rice also.
- Avoid adding more salt while preparing ghee rice, if you have already put it while cooking the rice separately.
