Gondh And Til Ke Laddoo Without Sugar is a very delicious and healthy laddoo. This laddoo prepared from gondh, til, gud, peanuts, and pure ghee. It is a nutritious laddoo without sugar. It is quick to prepare with easily available ingredients. This laddoo is nutrient-dense, heavy, and filling. The gondh is heaty and thus consumed during winters as it helps to keep the body warm. Gondh is a good source of calcium and thus helps in keeping the bones and teeth strong. Try to prepare this mouth-watering laddoo and enjoy it with everyone. Let us know your feedback in the comment section.

Ingredients

  • Gondh/ Edible gum - 1/2 bowl, crushed
  • Roasted peanuts - 1 bowl
  • Roasted til/ sesame seeds - 1 bowl
  • Pure Ghee/ clarified butter - 1(1/2) bowl
  • Crushed Gud ( Jaggery) - 1 bowl
  • Pistachio - chopped, as required

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan on a high flame. Add one bowl of pure ghee and heat it for 2 minutes.
  2. Now, add crushed gondh and fry until it gets cooked completely. As the sputtering sound stops, means it cooked completely.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl and turn off the flame.
  4. Now, grind the roasted til and roasted peanuts separately and place them in different bowls.
  5. Thereafter, heat the same pan on low flame and add the crushed gud (jaggery) in the pan. Allow it to melt.
  6. Once the gud melt, it settle's down and you can see the pure ghee layer over gud. Turn off the flame.
  7. Now, add ground til, ground peanuts, and fried gondh. Start mixing it gradually using a spoon.
  8. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of melted ghee and mix it very well. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Now, start binding the laddoos.
  10. Top it with the chopped pistachio.
  11. Healthy and Delicious 'Gondh And Til Ke Laddoo Without Sugar' is ready to be served.
