- The washed chillies should be wiped with a clean dry cloth completely to store the pickle for a longer time.
- You can wash your hands with jaggery or besan, then apply homemade malai on the hands to remove the spiciness of the chillies from the hands.
- You can consume this pickle for up to 6 months.
- The pickle will be ready to consume after 2 days.
