Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use peels of ridge gourd or sponge gourd. Make sure to wash the peels thoroughly with water.
- Use soft peels only because the harder one tastes bitter.
- You can use tamarind paste or lemon juice. But tamarind paste enhances the taste better as compared to lemon.
- To make tamarind paste, soak the tamarind. Then grind and strain it.
