Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- If the curd, is sour then you have to add more gram flour.
- When the batter is whisked for 1 to 2 mins, the pakoda becomes nice & fluffy.
- You can use oil for tempering, instead of clarified butter.
- Cover the kadhi pakoda with a plate after tempering it, to retain its flavor.
- To make the fried pakoda soft, soak them in water for 5 minutes and drain out the water.
