Laccha Paratha | Lachha Paratha is a multilayered paratha/Indian flatbread. This paratha is crispy from outside and soft from inside, made with whole wheat flour. You can easily prepare this paratha with a simple technique. This flaky paratha goes well with Dal Makhani or any kind of curry either mix veg. Ghee adds flavour to the paratha. This paratha is very popular in Restaurants all over India. This is very simple to make at home too. So, try to make this unique paratha at home and get appreciated by everyone.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Roll the paratha with light hands. You can use oil instead of ghee.
- While roasting, once the paratha gets light spots on both the sides then only apply ghee.
- You can use oil too for roasting the paratha. But boasting the paratha with ghee enhances the flavour. So, do make it with ghee.
- Press the paratha with spoon/spatula and roast it in a circular direction. This method will cook the paratha crisp.
