Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- The water shouldn’t be added while grinding leftover rice.
- Green chilli can be added instead of red chilli powder.
- check the muthiya by inserting a knife. If it comes out clean then the muthiya is ready. Else steam it for 2 to 3 minutes more.
- Peanuts can be added instead of cashew.
