Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- If kokum is not available, put the amchur/dry mango powder to the kadhi.
- Do not keep the flame on high, as the curd will tend to curdle up the mango kadhi.
- You can deep freeze the mango juice, so that later, during the absence of mango season, you can still make this kadhi.
- Ripe mangoes with some sourness, you can use for making this dish.
