Tips and Suggestions by a mom Chef:
- Big pieces and small pieces of mangodi should be added separately while roasting, so the small mangodi pieces will not be burnt.
- The ratio of water to mangodi should be 3:2.
- If you want to add onion and garlic, add them before adding mangodi.
- Ginger can be added to this sabzi.
- To separate small and big pieces of magodi : Crush the mangodi using a rolling pin on a clean cloth. Then separates small and big pieces of mangodi by tossing them on a plate.
