Ingredients

  • Brown bread slices - 3 no
  • Potato - 1 no boiled
  • Sandwich masala - to taste
  • Onion/Pyaz - 1/2 to 1 no finely chopped
  • Tomato/Tamatar slices - 5 no
  • Butter/Makhan - as required (at room temperature)
  • Green capsicum/Shimla Mirch slices - as required
  • Cheese - grated as required
  • Green chutney/Hari chutney - as required

Instructions

  1. Keep the butter at room temperature. Make the slices of the boiled potato. Take two bread slices.
  2. Apply butter on both the bread slices. Then apply green chutney over the butter on both the bread slices.
  3. On one bread slice place the potato slices. Sprinkle the sandwich masala as per taste. Then keep the finely chopped onion. Now, keep the other bread slice over it.
  4. On this bread slice, place the tomato slices and sprinkle the sandwich masala. Keep the green capsicum slices and top it with grated cheese.
  5. Take another bread slice, apply butter and then green chutney on it. Keep the third bread slice over the bread with cheese and apply butter on the top of the bread.
  6. Then grease the sandwich maker with butter and keep the three layer sandwich in it for grilling. Check and grill for 10 seconds more. Place on a tray and cut in small squares and serve with tomato sauce/ketchup.
  7. The Masala Cheese Grilled Sandwich is ready to be served.
