Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- The urad dal should be soaked for at least 2 hours.
- Chana dal should be added to make a nice golden brown and crispy vada.
- Add very less amount of water while grinding urad dal.
- The batter of the vada should be thick consistency.
