Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Dry roast cumin seeds, dry coriander seeds, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, and dry ginger for 2 to 3 minutes then coarsely grind it to make pakoda masala.
- You can use pakoda masala to prepare aloo paratha or masala baati.
- Besan can be added as per choice.
- Add a pinch of baking soda to make crispy pakoda from the outside and soft from the inside.
- Soak fenugreek leaves in salted water for 30 minutes to remove it’s bitterness.
