If you want to lose weight so have it regularly as this helps to reduce fat from the body. This has 4 types of millet along with flax seeds. You can easily prepare this multigrain flour and store it. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The ratio of millet flour is the same. If you are taking millet flour 500 gram each then add 250 gram of flax seeds powder in it. Keep this flour in an airtight container.
- If you want you can add salt to the dough.
