Mini Dry Samosa | Baked Mini Samosa is a very healthy samosa. This uses very less oil as this is baked in the oven. This does not require much preparation and ingredients. It is very simple and easy to prepare. This has a crispy texture with a mouthwatering stuffing. The stuffing requires bhujiya or namkeen along with some spices and dry fruits like cashew and raisins. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use any type of namkeen and farsan to make the samosa.
- As this recipe uses bhujiya, add salt and spices according to your taste.
- You can use whole it wheat flour as well to make the outer covering.
- Store this samosa for 10 to 15 days in an airtight container.
