Mint Gatta Curry is a simple dish in which gatta (cooked gram flour dumplings) are added to the spicy curd gravy. The curry is served with roti, paratha or naan and can also be had with plain steamed rice. A soft dough is first made & then rolled into thin finger-like cylinders. They are then steamed for a few minutes until cooked. Later on, they are cut into pieces and added to the spiced yogurt sauce. It also forms an essential part of Rajasthani thali.
