Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- The ratio of curd to sugar should be 1:1.
- Prepare this dish using Homemade Curd
- Curd shouldn’t be sour.
- When the milk turns semi-thick, turn off the flame. Because after cooling it will become thicker.
- Cardamom powder or dry fruits can be added to the mishri mawa.
- Don’t use saffron to the mishri mawa.
- You can store mishri mava for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
