This recipe is simple to prepare and requires fewer efforts too. You have to just roast the dal with spices and grind to make stuffing. This stuffing is used to prepare kachori. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Do not add water while grinding the roasted dal.
- Add water to the dal mixture just before preparing the kachori. Else the kachori will not taste good.
- Fry the kachori on a medium hot oil then on a low flame. This will give a crispy and nice texture to the kachori.
