Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- The ratio of moong dal and Urad dal should be 1:1/2
- Soak dals in warm water, if you do not have much time.
- You can pour green chutney to enhance the taste of vadas.
- To remove excess oil from the vadas, they should be soaked in water.
