Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef :
- The ratio of chana dal to tuvar dal should be 1:1.
- This dish can be prepared from only chana dal or tuvar dal.
- check the nuchinunde by inserting a knife. If it comes out clean then the nuchinunde is ready. Else steam it for 2 to 3 minutes more.
