Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- Flip the roti while rolling it, to roll it well from both sides.
- If the roti didn’t separate on the tawa, take it out to the plate and remove the steam by pressing it. Then separate both rotis.
- Apply ghee on the inside part of the roti.
