Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- If urad dal is not available, take more chana dal.
- You can roast the dal mixture in 1 teaspoon oil if you want.
- Ghee/Clarified butter can be used for tempering the chutney.
- Spinach requires less salt. So, add salt accordingly
- Mix the cooked spinach with the dal mixture evenly and then grind it together for good taste.
