Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- To prepare the tamarind juice, soak the Tamarind in water for 10 minutes, mash and strain out the water.
- If you want, you can switch off the flame and then put the curd into the gravy mixture.
- Serve this dish with yummy Ghee rice | Clarified Butter Rice with raita and Lachha Paratha | Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha for a full course meal.
