Paneer Ke Parothe is a delicious paratha for everyone. 

Paneer Ke Parothe is a healthy and tasty paratha. This has a mouthwatering stuffing of paneer and spices. This is super easy to prepare using fewer ingredients which are easily available in the kitchen. You can serve it as a breakfast or tiffin snack or lunch and dinner as well. Everyone will love this paratha. Moreover, it is nutritious paratha with an amazing taste. So, try to make it at home and enjoy with your family and friends. Do share your feedback with us.

Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-

  • Knead a medium soft dough. Rest the dough and then knead it again for a minute. This will make the paratha intact.
  • Add spices to the stuffing as per your taste.
  • Cook the paratha on a medium flame so that it will cook nicely from all the sides.

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat flour dough - as required
  • Grated Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 200 Gram
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Green Chilli - 1 chopped
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Ghee/Clarified butter - as required for roasting

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add finely chopped onion, green chilli, grated paneer, red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, salt. Mix well. Make small balls out of the mixture.
  2. Now, take a whole wheat dough. Divide the dough into small balls.
  3. Dust the dough and roll to make a small roti. Then stuff the paneer mixture. Flatten it with light hands. Then roll the paratha with light hands.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a tawa.
  5. Cook the paratha on a medium flame from both the sides. Once it cooked little bit, apply ghee and roast it. Once done, take it out.
  6. Delicious 'Paneer Ke Parothe' is ready to be served.
