Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-
- Knead a medium soft dough. Rest the dough and then knead it again for a minute. This will make the paratha intact.
- Add spices to the stuffing as per your taste.
- Cook the paratha on a medium flame so that it will cook nicely from all the sides.
