Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Make this curry using homemade paneer.
- You can use either butter or ghee or combination of both to prepare the gravy.
- If you do not have thick curd then hang the curd in the muslin cloth to remove excess water.
- Dry roast the besan/gram flour on a low flame only else it may burn. Besan will thicken the gravy so do add it.
- Shallow fried paneer enhances the flavour of the curry. If you want you can avoid this step as well.
