Paneer Vegetable Toast is a protein-rich healthy dish.

Paneer Vegetable Toast is a colorful and tasty snack. This will be a good option when you don’t want to eat roti and sabji. This is a wonderful option for a quick morning breakfast and a special dish for a busy weekday office lunch box. Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 3 Big pieces
  • Curd / Dahi - 1/4 Cup
  • Semolina / Sooji / Suji - 1/2 Cup
  • Carrot / Gajar - 1 tbsp Finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful + For garnishing
  • Capsicums / Shimla Mirch (yellow and red) - 1 tbsp Finely chopped
  • Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilli / Hari Mirch - 1 to 2 Finely chopped
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Mixed Herbs - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Bread - 1 Slice
  • Clarified Butter / Ghee - As required
  • Tomato Ketchup - For garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take paneer and curd in a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds to prepare its smooth paste.
  2. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add semolina, carrot, coriander leaves, capsicums, red chilli flakes, green chilli, chaat masala, mixed herbs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Now take a bread slice and cut it into half to prepare 2 long pieces from it.
  4. Apply the prepared paneer vegetable mixture on it. Likewise, prepare another bread piece.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with ghee. Add the prepared bread's paneer vegetable mixture side to the tawa. Put both bread slices on it.
  6. Then apply the prepared paneer vegetable mixture on the upper side as well.
  7. Roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame. Press it while roasting. Flip it to roast the other side for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Once it is roasted from both sides, turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving plate and garnish it with tomato ketchup and coriander leaves.
  9. 'Paneer Vegetable Toast' is ready to be served.
