Paper Dosa | Crispy Paper Dosa is a crispy and tasty dosa for everyone. 

Paper Dosa | Crispy Paper Dosa is very popular in all over India. This is quick and easy to prepare using only dosa batter. This dosa is thin and crispy as compared to regular dosa. You can eat it as it is or with chutney of your choice. Because it is very crispy and thin it tastes amazing and loved by everyone especially kids. You can easily prepare this dosa for breakfast or tea-time snack. Kids and all family members will love this. So, try to make it at home and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by mom chef:-

  • You can prepare this dosa using Idli Dosa Batter | Homemade Idli Dosa Batter.
  • The tawa should be properly heated before making the dosa. Else it will stick to the tawa.
  • Cook the dosa on a medium flame.

Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter - as required
  • Oil - as required for greasing

Instructions

  1. Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick tawa.
  2. Grease the tawa with oil. Then sprinkle water to check whether the tawa is hot.
  3. Pour the batter and spread it in circular manner in one direction. Make dosa as thin as possible.
  4. Pour some oil on the edges. Cover with a lid and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Once it turns nice golden brown from the bottom, take it out.
  6. Delicious 'Paper Dosa | Crispy Paper Dosa' is ready to be served.
