Vegetable Dosa | Mix Veg Dosa is a delicious and healthy version of dosa. It has lots of veggies like onion, carrot, capsicum along with a nice flavour of mint and curry leaves. This goes well with any type of chutney. Moreover, it is very easy to prepare using simple and easily available ingredients. You need only 5 to 10 minutes to prepare the dish if you have dosa batter ready. Everyone will this colourful dosa. This is a healthy ad nutritious dosa as this uses veggies. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use veggies of your choice except tomato to prepare the dosa.
- Make sure the veggies are finely chopped else it will difficult to spread the batter.
- Make the dosa on hot tawa. You can use cast iron or non-stick tawa to make the dosa.
- Cook the dosa on a low flame by covering with a lid for the perfect texture.
