Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- For the red colour of bhaji, Kashmiri red chillies used. You can adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
- You can use vegetables of your choice. But do add potato, carrot, peas.
- Serve it with Ladi Pav | Homemade Whole Wheat Pav and lots of butter.
