Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you do not like dry red chillies, you can use green chillies.
- Adjust the consistency of chutney according to your taste.
- Add curry leaves and dry red chillies in the tadka as well if you want.
- Urad dal in the tadka is completely optional.
