As the name suggests Panchmel Dal | Panchratna Dal means five types of lentils cooked together. This is a side dish of Baati in a Rajasthani Thali. This has pigeon peas, bengal gram, red lentil, black gram and green gram. Tadka of ghee along with some spices, onion, tomato, garlic and ginger added that makes it more delicious.
