Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- First of all, cool the stuffing completely then use it. Else, the kachori will be soggy from inside.
- Resting of the dough is important. But if you want to use the dough immediately then knead the dough for 4 to 5 minutes with some oil then use.
- While baking, grease the kachori with oil. It will give a nice colour and texture to the kachori. And for the shine grease the kachori once again after 30 minutes. Bake it again for 1 to 2 minute.
