Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you have time then soak the whole moong/green gram for 1 hour then pressure cook for 6 to 8 whistles. Else, pressure cook the whole moong/green gram directly for 8 to 10 whistles.
- If you want you can avoid green chillies.
- Adjust the consistency of dal according to your taste.
- Jaggery and lemon add a nice flavour to the dal. So, do try this combination.
