Tips and Suggestions by the Chefs:-
- You can add veggies of your choice to make the stuffing.
- Adjust the spices according to your taste.
- Adding oil in the dough (which is called as moyan) is very important to make crispy samosa.
- To seal the edges, you can use a paste of refined flour and water.
- You can use whole wheat flour/gehu ka aata for outer covering.
- For frying the samosa, the oil should be hot. Once the samosa float on the oil, then only flip them and lower the heat. Do not stir it else they may stick to each other.
