Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- These cutlets can be baked in an air fryer @180 degrees C. for 25 minutes.
- Make sure to squeeze the soya, otherwise, it would be difficult to make the cutlets.
- You can also use soya granules in place of soya chunks to avoid smashing.
- To make it more healthy, you can also add boiled carrot, corn, peas, or vegetables of your choice.
