Soya Chunks Aloo Cutlets are deep-fried cutlets made with soya chunks and potato. It can be served with any type of dip of your choice. It is a healthy nutritious snack that is richly flavored with onion, ginger, and other basic Indian spices. These cutlets are very easy to make and can be had as an appetizer. We usually have soya cutlet and veg cutlet as a light afternoon snack or evening snack with masala tea and is also great for small parties and get together. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- These cutlets can be baked in an air fryer @180 degrees C. for 25 minutes.
- Make sure to squeeze the soya, otherwise, it would be difficult to make the cutlets.
- You can also use soya granules in place of soya chunks to avoid smashing.
- To make it more healthy, you can also add boiled carrot, corn, peas, or vegetables of your choice.
