It can be made in a rustic way as well as OTG, baati makers, ovens etc. I have tried this in appe pan and it turned out equally yumm, crisp from out and soft from inside. This also contains stuffing of aalu pyaaz masala which takes it to a higher level in taste and flavour.

- I did not add soda and usually avoid adding it. And the baatis always turn softer. Just add enough moyan and knead the dough well. If you want you can add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to the dough.
