Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread is a kid’s favorite cheesy snack.

Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread is a restaurant-style appetizer. You can easily prepare this cheesy dish in your kitchen. You just need milk, all purpose flour, mozzarella cheese, some vegetables, and spice. Moreover, it has an amazing texture and delicious taste, surely you can’t stop eating it. Though, this finger-licking snack is easy to prepare for beginners. In addition, you can serve it not only on a special occasion as a starter but as a party or as an evening snack also. Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:

  • FOR PREPARING GARLIC BUTTER: Take garlic paste and butter in a bowl. Mix well.
  • The dough should be kneaded with lukewarm milk.
  • If you want, 1 tsp of butter can add to the dough.
  • You can add vegetables as per choice and availability.
  • Instant garlic bread can be prepared in a gas tandoor, OTG, or in a pan.
  • FOR PREPARING INSTANT GARLIC BREAD IN A OTG: Cook garlic bread for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • The edges of garlic bread should be sealed properly, else the cheese may come out.

Ingredients

  • Lukewarm milk - As required
  • Fruit salt - 1 tsp
  • All purpose flour / Maida - 1 Cup
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Garlic butter - As required
  • Pizza sauce - As required
  • Mozzarella cheese - As required
  • Green and yellow bell peppers - 1/2 Cup finely chopped
  • Onion / pyaz - 1 Finely chopped
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take 4 tsp of lukewarm milk in a bowl. Add fruit salt, maida, chilli flakes, and oregano.
  2. Now add milk gradually to knead a medium soft dough. Apply garlic butter to it and knead it well.
  3. Then take the big ball sized dough and make round shaped circular peda from the dough. Apply garlic butter on a rolling board. Spread a peda on a rolling board using your fingers to make a round shaped small roti..
  4. Now apply pizza sauce on half part to it. Then add mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, and onion to it.
  5. Fold the dough into a semicircle and seal the edges properly using your fingers.
  6. Now apply garlic butter to the electric tandoor plate. Put the prepared garlic bread into it. Make vertical cuts on it and apply garlic butter to it.
  7. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Once done, take it out to a serving plate and cut it.
  8. 'Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread' is ready to be served.
