Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use fresh and tender tomatoes. Wash and dry it properly before chopping.
- For tamarind juice, soak tamarind for 10 minutes and squeeze the tamarind. Lastly, sift the water.
- Dry roast and then grind the methi seeds to prepare the methi powder.
- Dry roast and then grind the mustard seeds to prepare the powder.
- Store it in an airtight container for longer shelf life.
- Adjust the spice and tanginess as per the requirement.
- You can even add some sweetness if you like a tangy and sweet taste.
- Serve it hot for a better taste.
